原子荧光法测定奶粉中硒的含量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
参照GB12399 90食品中硒的测定方法,用聚四氟乙烯压力消解罐做样品前处理,利用AFS 2201型双道原子荧光光度计及所配AFS 2201Version4.0系统软件(北京海光仪器公司生产)测定与分析了脱脂奶粉(国家级标准物质)中硒的含量。采用高压消解罐消化:称取0.4000~1.0000g奶粉置于聚四氟乙烯内筒中,加硝酸2mL,加盖静置过夜,翌日加3mL30%双氧水,加盖拧紧,置烘箱中130℃保持2h。取出内筒,加2.5mL盐酸,将内筒于沸水浴中加热20min,冷却移至25mL容量瓶中,再加入100g/L铁氰化钾1mL,定容。硒标准浓度系列的配制:精确称取0.1000g(光谱纯)溶于少量硝…  相似文献

以安琪活性干酵母为出发菌种,分析了培养基初始硒浓度、接种量、装液量、温度、初始pH以及转速等发酵条件对酵母生物量及富硒量的影响,并通过正交试验设计初步确定了培养的最优方案.在最佳的摇瓶培养条件下(初始硒浓度25μg/mL,接种量10%,装液量60/250 mL,温度30℃,初始pH 5.0,摇床转速160 r/min,培养40 h后),该活性干酵母的生物量及富硒量分别达到9.89 g/L、954 μg/g.  相似文献

天然水和土壤提取液中的亚硒酸态硒和硒酸态硒用Dowex 1X8树脂填充色谱柱分离,腐植酸结合态硒用Supelite XAD-8树脂色谱柱分离,经酸消解后以2,3-二氨基萘荧光分光光度法测定.水样中总硒、亚硒酸态硒、硒酸态硒和腐植酸结合态硒的检出限分别为7.36,9.12,3.60和6.69 ng/L,分别用每100mL加入50 ng总硒、亚硒酸态硒和硒酸态硒的超纯水测定其回收率为95.1%-104.1%(n=5).测定河水总硒、亚硒酸态硒、硒酸态硒和腐植酸结合态硒的变异系数分别为2.11%,4.76%,4.20%和6.93%(n=5),各形态的河水样品加标回收率为95.1%-102.6%.  相似文献

对大球盖菇(Stropharia rugoso-annulata)进行液体富硒培养,结果表明,培养基中硒添加浓度为150μg/mL时,菌丝体生物量达0.811g/100mL,富硒量为4727.68μg/g,富硒率达24.68%,有机化程度为96.27%。与对照组、无机硒(Na2SeO3)组、大球盖菇菌粉液组相比,富硒大球盖菇菌粉液组小鼠全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidsade,GSH-Px)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性明显增加,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量明显减少,结果表明富硒大球盖菇具有较强的抗氧化能力。  相似文献

探索了隆回产富硒大米的消化条件,建立了其中微量硒的流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱测定方法.实验结果表明,每2g样品中加入6mLHNO3和2mLH2SO4可消化完全,硒元素在0 ̄0.030μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9987,平均加标回收率94.26%,RSD=3.64%,方法的检出限为1.92ng/mL,定量限为6.4ng/mL.该方法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,应用于隆回产大米样品中硒的测定,获得满意结果.  相似文献

研究了一种快速、灵敏且选择性好的用低压离子色谱测定土壤中的硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ)的新方法.选取洗脱液为1.4×10-3 mol/L Na2CO3,其流速为1~1.2 mL/min,选取分离柱尺寸为100 mm×6 mm I.D., 抑制柱尺寸为60 mm×6 mm I.D.,并用电导检测器进行定量,对硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ)的检测限分别为0.61 μg/mL和0.56 μg/mL,20 μL 进样的相对标准偏差为分别为2.40%和1.94%.  相似文献

端炔、二醋酸碘苯和二芳基二硒醚于二氯甲烷溶剂中制得芳基炔基硒醚,再将芳基炔基硒醚和对甲苯磺酸在二氯甲烷中加热回馏,冷却后加入适量水即可一锅法制得芳基硒代羧酸酯.该法具有原料易得、反应条件温和、操作方便和产率较高(70%—81%)等优点.  相似文献

巯基棉对硒(Ⅲ)有较强的吸附能力,本文通过对吸附条件的试验,提出在5.0mol.L~(-1)盐酸介质中,用巯基棉富集尿液中硒,试液流速为2.0ml/min,以Hcl和HNO_3为100∶4的混合液作为洗脱液,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定富集液中硒含量。实验结果表明,此方法的检出限可达0.01μg.L~(-1)、RSD为4.3~3.1%,尿样加标回收率为92.5~104.0%。  相似文献

为获得富硒黑木耳菌丝体,以亚硒酸钠为硒源对黑木耳(Auricularia auricular)高产菌株G6进行富硒发酵条件优化.以菌丝体性状和菌丝体硒含量为指标考查不同硒质量浓度对其生长的影响,并确定最适硒质量浓度;通过单因素和正交实验对G6菌株液体富硒发酵条件进行优化.结果,培养基中硒质量浓度<50 mg/L时,菌丝体的硒含量随硒质量浓度的提高而提高;硒质量浓度为50 mg/L时,菌丝体硒含量最高,为8.5 μg/g;硒质量浓度>50mg/L时,硒含量不升反降.表明适量亚硒酸钠有利于菌丝体对硒的吸收和利用,过量添加时则抑制菌丝体生长,不利于菌丝体对硒的吸收和利用.优化后的富硒黑木耳G6菌株液体发酵培养条件为硒质量浓度50mg/L,玉米粉15 mg/L,豆饼粉20 mg/L,装液量200 mL/500 mL三角瓶,转速160 r/min,25℃发酵培养6d.发酵液中菌丝体硒质量分数达到9.2 μg/g,发酵液多糖质量浓度可达3.7 g/L.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
