本文对高钛渣中低价钛的测定方法进行了研究,文中采用FeCl_3—HCl分离除去M_(Fe),Fe_2O_3及部份FeO,残渣以H_2SO_4—HF—H_3PO_4溶解,用硫酸高铁铵氧化低价钛,然后用K_2Cr_2O_7标准溶液滴定生成的Fe~(2+),本方法具有简便、快速、重现性好的优点,适用于日常分析。  相似文献

运用循环伏安法对固态原位电还原TiO2制取Ti的阳极过程进行了研究,并分析了整个电极反应过程.研究发现,固态原位电还原TiO2制取Ti的阳极过程是一步二电子氧化反应,并且可逆,产物不熔,在石墨阳极下生成CO2气体,阳极电极反应:C+2O2--4e=CO2.固态原位电还原TiO2制取Ti的总电极反应为:2TiO2+C=2TiO+CO2,2TiO+C=2Ti+CO2,2CaO+C=2Ca+CO2.阴极生成的Ca可以继续对TiO2进行热还原反应,固态原位电还原TiO2制取Ti是TiO2的直接二步电还原与Ca热还原TiO2共同作用的结果.  相似文献

采用固体粉末法分别对基体组织为α-Ti的TA1和基体组织为(α+β)-Ti的TC4钛合金表面进行了渗硼,在偏光显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)下观察了渗层的形貌,用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了渗层的物相组成.实验结果表明,渗硼温度在850~1000℃范围内,TA1表面渗层为平行于基体表面的多层结构,为Ti3O相和TiB相;当渗硼温度高于920℃时TiB为主要组成并出现了TiB2相,且硼钛化合物的含量随温度升高而增加.当渗硼温度低于1000℃时,TC4表面渗层为Ti3O相和TiB相,在渗硼温度高于1000℃时,渗层为TiB2+TiB晶须结构.渗硼温度高于1000℃是TA1和TC4表面形成硼钛化合物的充分条件.  相似文献

This work addresses the alloying of titanium aluminides used in aircraft engine applications and automobiles. The oxidation resistance behavior of two titanium aluminides of α2 + γ(Ti3Al + TiAl) and orthorhombic Ti2NbAl, recognized as candidates for high-temperature applications, was investigated by exposure of the alloys for 100 h in air. Thus, oxidation resistance was expressed as the mass gain rate, whereas surface aspects were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy in conjunction with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and the type of oxidation products was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The orthorhombic Ti2NbAl alloy was embrittled, and pores and microcracks were formed as a result of oxygen diffusion through the external oxide layer formed during thermal oxidation for 100 h.  相似文献

The influences of additives on the phase transformation, occurrence state, and the interface of the Ti component in Ti-bearing blast furnace slag were investigated. After oxidation, most of the Ti component in the slag was enriched into the perovskite phase, which served as the Ti-rich phase during the crystallization process. The phase transformation, occurrence state, and the interface of the Ti component were observed to be affected by the addition of different types of agents. During the oxidation process, titanaugite and Ti-rich diopside phases gradually transformed into non-Ti phases (anorthite: CaMgSi2O6 and CaAl2Si2O8) in the form of dendrites or columns, which were observed to be distributed at the surface of the perovskite phase. Several more cracks appeared along the grain boundaries of the perovskite phase after the addition of P2O5, facilitating the liberation of the perovskite phase. Composite additives combining both an acid and a base, such as CaO + CaF2 or P2O5 + CaF2, were used. We observed that the disadvantages of using single additives were successfully overcome.  相似文献

综述了国内外近年来TiC、TiN、Ti(C、N)粉末的制备技术,分析了这些制备技术的工艺过程和工艺特点,讨论了存在的问题和发展趋势,寻求成本低廉的原材料,利用等离子、微波、激光、电弧等获得高温的新技术,并结合自蔓延合成、机械合金化等手段,低成本规模化制备高质量TiC、TiN、Ti(C、N)超细粉体正成为国内外关注的热点。随着研究深入和制备工艺的改进发展,更简便、经济、有效的制备技术将使TiC、TiN、Ti(C、N)粉末具有更广阔的工业应用前景。  相似文献

以提纯钠化后的精制钠基膨润土为基质(d001为1.23nm,),以钛酸正丁酯[Ti(n-C4H9O)4]为钛源,制备一系列钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti-PILCs),并对Ti/土比、H/Ti摩尔比等主要合成条件进行了讨论,XRD检测结果表明,以Ti(n-C4H9O)4为钛源,Ti/土=15mmol/g,H/Ti=2.5mol/mol,c(HCl)=5mol/L,室温下交联,可制得层间距d00.值达3.59nm的大孔结构Ti-PILCs.且比表面积可达409.1m^2/g。  相似文献

Using direct current-magnetron sputtering, Helium-trapped Ti films with a He/Ar mixture was studied. The relative helium content, helium depth profiles for the Ti films and crystallization capacity were analyzed by Enhanced Proton Backscattering Spectrometry (EPBS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that helium diffusion enhanced as more helium trapping into Ti films, and the He holding ratios were 95.9%, 94.9%, 93.9%, 82.8% when the Ti films with the He/Ti of concentrations of 9.7 at.%, 19.5 at.%, 19.7 at.%, 48.3 at.% were measured again 4 months later, respectively. The diffraction peaks became weak and wider, the peak of (002) plane was shifted to smaller diffraction angles and the relevant interplanar spacing d(hk,) increased gradually as more helium trapping into Ti films. The main peak was made trending to the (101) plane by both higher deposition temperature and more helium trapping.  相似文献

Ti(OiPr)3Cl与1当量的对甲苯基溴的格氏试剂反应,合成得到双核的对甲苯基-三(异丙烷氧基)钛配合物{(4-CH3C6H4)Ti(OiPr)2(μ-OiPr)}2.X-ray单晶衍射分析表明该配合物属于三斜晶系,P(-1)空间群,a=10.2110(4),b=11.2419(4),c=17.6221(9),α=78.464(4)°,β=74.771(4)°,γ=69.359(4)°.配合物的分子是一个二聚结构,通过两个异丙烷氧基的氧原子桥联形成一个Ti2O2骨架结构.每个钛金属中心分别与一个对甲苯基和四个异丙烷氧基的氧原子采取五配位的扭曲的双三角锥构型.  相似文献

以Ti粉和活性炭粉作为原始粉末在行星式球磨机(QM ISP2)上进行高能球磨,分别在低真空、高真空、Ar、空气+H2和H2等不同球磨环境下机械合金化合成TiC。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等技术对合成产物进行物相和形貌分析,并用热力学和Maurice Courtney模型等理论对其合成机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在5种不同球磨环境下用Ti粉和活性炭粉都能合成TiC,其中在H2环境下的合成速度最快。H2对TiC的机械合金化合成具有加速作用,其机理是H2不仅能促使Ti与活性炭粉末细化,使断裂的新鲜表面保持清洁,而且能使Ti的活性增强。  相似文献

研究了用淀粉还原氢化钛制备碳氮化钛纳米粉的工艺及反应机理·结果表明 ,在实验范围内 ,降低合成温度 ,缩短保温时间或提高氮气流量有利于形成氮含量高的碳氮化钛粉末·通过控制合成温度和保温时间 ,可以控制Ti(C1-xNx)中的碳氮比 ,得到不同x值的碳氮化钛粉末·在 1 75 0℃ ,保温 2h,氮气流量为 5L/min条件下 ,可获得颗粒尺寸为 40~ 80nm的单相Ti(C0 .5N0 .5)粉末·  相似文献
