| 摘 要： | 在充分研究石油工程项目投资特点的基础上,运用定性分析方法,找出石油工程项目投资决策分析中具有共性、影响决策分析的因素,将其从诸多因素中抽离,建立了较为通用的投资方案评价指标体系。最后,采用层次分析法和模糊多准则决策技术对这些因素进行定量分析,将二者实现优势互补,并将一个算例成功运用到石油工程项目投资决策分析中。 |
