| 摘 要： | 在室温下，将多孔硅浸泡于不同浓度荧光素钠溶液中，取出晾干后对多孔硅光致发光谱（PL）进行了研究。结果表明，PL谱强度随荧光素钠浓度的增大而减弱，但浓度达到一定值得其强度不再减弱。

| Abstract: | We have measured the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of porous silicon which has been dipped into fluorescence_sodium liquid, then taken out and dried at room temperature. The PL spectra show that the intensity of spectra decreased when the density of fluorescence_sodium increased. But the PL spectra has not decreased at a certain value. The effects are analyzed in detail. |
