慢性酒精摄入对应激抑郁模型的影响

目的 探讨慢性酒精摄入对大小鼠应激抑郁模型的影响.方法 将30只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为3组,生理盐水组、低剂量酒精组（0.10 mL/10 g）和高剂量酒精组（0.15 mL/10 g）,每日灌胃1次,7d后用悬尾实验法（tail suspension test,TST）建立应激抑郁模型,观察行为学指标.将54只雄性Wister大鼠随机分为3组,生理盐水组、低剂量酒精组（10mL/kg）和高剂量酒精组（20mL/kg）,每日灌胃1次,连续7d后进行强迫游泳实验（forced swimming test,FST）,观察行为学指标.结果 低剂量酒精组小鼠悬尾不动的时间和大鼠强迫游泳不动的时间明显低于生理盐水组和高剂量酒精组（p＜0.05）.结论 不同剂量酒精慢性摄入对大小鼠应激抑郁模型有不同的影响.

The effect of chronic alcohol intake on stress depression models

Objective To study the effects of chronic alcohol intake on stress depression model in mice and rats. Methods 30 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into NS group, low dose alcohol group （0.10 mL/10 g）,and high dose alcohol group （0.15 mL/10 g）by intragastric administration one time every day. The stress depression model was established by using tail suspension test（TST）. 54 Wister male rats were randomly divided into NS group,low dose alcohol group （10 mL/kg,and high dose alcohol （20 mL/kg）by intragastric administration one time every day. The stress depression model was established by using forced swimming test（FST）after 7 days. Results Immobility times of low dose alcohol group in TST and FST were significantly less than those of the NS group and high dose alcohol group （p〈0. 05）Conclusion： Different doses of chronic alcohol intake will have different effects on stress depression model.
