基于物理属性与三角形正则度的网格简化算法

摘    要:针对三维虚拟场景的物理属性显示需求,提出一种带属性的边折叠的三角形网格简化方法.该算法计算折叠代价时以模型边曲率和边上物理属性的增量以及三角形正则度作为权因子,边上物理属性的增量使简化后的模型很好地保留了原模型的物理属性特征,而添加三角形正则度优化了简化后模型三角形的形态.同时还解决了边折叠时导致的拓扑错误,并用多选择技术加快了计算速度.经实验验证和对比分析,证明了算法的有效性与正确性.

Abstract:For the physical properties display needs in 3D virtual scene,a triangular mesh simplification algorithm by edge collapse with physical properties of edge was proposed.In the algorithm,the curvature and increment of physical properties of edge and triangle regularity were made as weight genes when computing the edge collapse cost.The increment of physical properties of edge made the simplified model retained the feature of physical properties on origin model,and adding triangle regularity optimizes triangle...
