摘    要:用阳极腐蚀法制备了多孔硅 (PS) ,合成了三 (8_羟基喹啉 )合铝配合物 (AlQ3 ) ,通过浸渍法制备了PS_AlQ3 杂化材料 ,并研究了其室温光致发光性能。结果表明 :利用浸渍法确能将AlQ3 掺入PS中 ,这种杂化材料同时保留了PS和AlQ3 的部分发光性能

Abstract:A simple but effective doping method to introduce organometallic complexes into porous silicon(PS)was developed. Upon hybridization with tri(8-hydroxyquinolato)aluminum complex(AlQ 3),a new intense band at 510 nm corresponding to AlQ 3, emerged in the emission spectrum of PS-AlO 3 hybrid with excitation of UV light.On the other hand, the emission at 580 nm corresponding to PS is weaker than that before hybridization. The hybridized material keeps both emission properties of PS and AlQ 3 partly, and thus it possesses promising prospects in photoelectronic area.
