China and India’ s Common Rising and Depth Break-in between Their Relations

It is a unique historical event that China and India are both rising,which drives regional and global changes,and plays an important role in their bilateral relations.Some old severe problems,such as border dispute,and some new ones,such as economic and trade frictions,have haunted them.The lack of intercommunication,selfconfidence and inferiority complexing,and pragmatism in Indian diplomacy are important causes digging those phenomena.Thus,China and India must properly handle these problems with patience in order to achieve win-win situation of common rising.
