摘    要:对电网电能质量的准确测量和合理分析是对电网进行治理和补偿的基础,也是解决电能质量问题的关键。设计一种基于FFT算法的电能质量分析仪,以ARM+FPGA为核心的硬件平台,采用软、硬件协同设计,使系统便于调试与修改。该系统体积小、功耗低。通过对某低压逆变系统输出电压波形与谐波测量,结果表明,该系统能快速、高精度、高可靠性地检测和分析电能质量。

Abstract:Accurate measurement of power quality and rational analysis on the grid are the foundation of governance and compensation, it is also the key to solve power quality problem. This article designs one kind of power quality analyzer based on the FFT algorithm, take ARM+FPGA as the core of the hardware platform, uses the software and hardware coordination design, makes the system to be advantageous for the debugging and the revision. The system volume is small, low-power consumption. Through a low-voltage inverter system output voltage waveforms and harmonic measurement, the results showed that the system can be fast, high-precision, high-reliability to detect and analyze power quality.
