| 摘 要： | 本文对联邦德国某公司聚酰胺类热熔胶用浆状分散剂进行了剖析。剖析过程中采用了薄层层析、原子发射光谱、红外光谱以及质谱等测试手段。最终确定了该类浆状分散剂主要是由硬酯酸甘油酯类、苯磺酰胺类、羧酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂以及掺入碳酸钙作填充剂并混有微量碳酸镁等多种化合物组成。在此研究成果的基础上,自制了热熔胶分散剂 FD,与国外同类产品对比,使用效果相同。这对开发我国新型热熔胶助剂是很有参考价值的。

| Abstract: | By means of satisfactory separation through continuous extraction with multi-solvents,the ingredients of paste dispersant produced by a company of FederalRepublic of Germany for polyamide hot melt adhesives are analysed.The analysis byhin-layer chromatography,atomic emission spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,andtmass-spectrometry ascertains that the paste dispersant is composed of glycerol octade-canoate,benzene sulfone amide,carboxylic anionic surface active agent,and other multi-compounds mixed with filler calcium carbonate and a small amount of magnesiumcarbonate.Based on the above achievements a new dispersant FD is prepared andit has the same effect in use as compared with the imported dispersant.This infor-marion will be of great value to us for developing our new hot-melt adhesiveassistants. |
