| 摘 要： | 山东大学生态学科已有80多年的历史，在几代生态学家的共同努力下，生态学科立足于暖温带植被研究，不断开拓创新。现在，生态学科进入快速发展阶段，逐渐形成了植被生态和暖温带植被优势物种的生理生态、植物遗传多样性和保护生物学、土壤微生物生态和土壤环境污染、生态补偿机制和生物入侵、动物生态学、产业生态与生态健康等几个特色明显、具有优势和国际化特色研究方向和领域，在国内和国际上的影响力逐渐提升。今后，生态学科将加大与国内外高校和研究机构的合作力度，协同创新，继续推进“请进来、走出去”的发展策略，突出自己的研究特色，不断提高自己的社会影响力、贡献力和国际化水平。
