二花脸猪的染色体分析

以二花脸猪为材料，采用外周血淋巴细胞短期培养及Ｇ－带、Ｃ－带和银以技术，对其体细胞染色体进行了分析研究。结果表明，二花脸猪二倍体细胞染色体数目为２ｎ＝３８。对１８对常染色体和１对性染色体。在Ｇ－带带型中，虽然不同细胞在带纹宽窄或染色强度上呈现出一定变化，但就每一对同源染色体而言，则都有其特殊的带型。在Ｃ－分带中，１号、１３－１８号染色体着丝粒区域呈强阳性，且范围较大，１６、１７和１８号同源染色体间

A Chromosome Analysis of the Erhualian Pig(Sus scrofa domestica)

In this paper, the karyotype and banding patterns of the Erhualian pig were studied by the method of peripheral blood lymphocytes culture and the techniques of G-,C-banding and Ag-staining.The results show that the diploid chromosome number of Erhualian pig is 2n=38 in both sexes.The 18 pairs of autosomes can be divided into 4 groups according to their measured data Each pair of homologue and X,Y-chromosome has its own special G-banding pattern that permits all the chromosomes in the karyotype to be distinguished.The C-bands of pairs No.1,13 to 18 appear strong positiveness and relatively large range.The Y-chromosome has a large,clear C-band,which nearly occupies the whole long arm. Other biarmed chrmosomes(2-12 and X) appear weak positiveness and small range.The NORs are found on chromosome pairs 8 and 10.The frequency of AgNORs on chromosome No.10 is high,while that on NO.8 is low and both present polymorphism.
