| 摘 要： | 本文运用Hirsch 指数（简称h 指数）方法，对我国CSSCI 收录的被引次数排名前50 位的图书情报 学研究学者在1998 － 2005 年的有关数据进行统计分析；并计算出每位学者的h 指数，以此来评价我国图书情 报学学者的个人绩效；同时还考察了h 指数与传统计量指标之间的关系并进行比较分析。 |

| Abstract: | This paper uses Hirsch index(h-index for short) which is put forward by Hirsch Jorge E,to research and analyze information scientists'frequency of citation ranked at top 50 in China by CSSCI over the period 1998-2005.We calculate h-indices of researchers to evaluate their achievements,examine and compare the relationship between h-index and traditional quantitative indices. |
