| 摘 要： | 2015年8月,在四川亚丁自然保护区进行硅藻标本采集,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对硅藻样品进行观察,共鉴定到81种(含变种),隶属于3纲19科31属,其中中国新记录2属2种:扁圆卵形藻斜缝变种Cocconeis placentula var. klinorahis Geitler、达奥内沙生藻Psammothidium daonense (Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot,对两个新记录种类的形态特征、生境和分布进行了详细描述.

| Abstract: | In August 2015, diatom diversity of the Yading Nature Reserve of Sichuan was investigated. Diatom samples were observed using light microscope and scanning electron microscope. Totally, 81 species (including varieties) were identified, belonging to 3 classes and 19 families and 31 genera, of which 2 species were newly recorded from China:Cocconeis placentula var. klinorahis Geitler and Psammothidium daonense (Lange-Bertalot) Lange-Bertalot. For two newly reported species, morphological characters, habits and the distributions were described in detail. |
