摘    要:以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,利用溶胶-凝胶法,经干燥、焙烧制备了二氧化硅负载磷钼酸铵催化剂,利用XRD、IR和电位滴定对催化剂进行了表征,并以硝酸为硝化剂,对催化剂苯硝化反应的催化性能进行了评价,系统研究了焙烧温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等对催化反应的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度对催化剂的催化性能影响较大,300℃焙烧制备催化剂表现出最高的苯硝化反应催化活性.

Abstract:After drying and calcination,silica supported ammonium molybdophosphat catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with ethyl orthosilicate as silica source.And the catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),IR spectra and the potentiometric titration method,as well as the catalytic activity of catalyst in nitration of benzene was tested.Results indicated that calcination temperature had obvious influence on the catalytic reaction,and the catalyst that calcinated at 300℃ exhibited excellent catalytic activity and stability.
