摘    要:建立了固相微萃取(SPME)与气相色谱(GC)联用测定蔬菜中残留有机磷农药的方法。该法包括蔬菜样品的预处理、SPME萃取及气相色谱测定,其灵敏度高、重现性好,且简单易行。方法检测限分别为甲拌磷0.25ng/g;二嗪农0.30ng/g;甲基对硫磷0.55ng/g;乙硫磷0.40ng/g。文中还就影响SPME萃取的诸因素及该法的可行性等作了探讨。

Abstract:A method of solid phase microextration (SPME) coupled to gas chromatography (GC) for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in a food plant, including the sample preparation, SPME extraction and GC determination,was developed. Good sensitivity and reproducibility were achieved with very simple, facile procedures. Estimated detection limits of the method for the determination of phorate, diazinon, methyl parathion and ethion in food plant Chrysanthemun coronarium were 0. 25, 0. 30,0. 55, 0. 40 ng/g, respectively. Some factors influencing SPME extraction and feasibility of the method were also discussed.
