摘    要:利用正交设计实验研究不同浓度营养元素对人工湿地基质生物膜酶活性和多糖含量的影响. 结果表明, 葡萄糖是影响脱氢酶活性的主要因素, 硝酸钾是影响多糖含量的主要因素. 3种营养元素不同的浓度组合对生物膜酶活性及多糖含量的影响也不同: 获得最大生物膜酶活性的营养元素优化组合为: C6H12O6 0.2 g/L, KNO3 0.8 g/L, NaH2PO4 0.05 g/L; 获得最大多糖含量的营养元素优化组合为: C6H12O6 0.2 g/L, KNO3 0.4 g/L, NaH2PO4 0.2 g/L. 与之对应的酶活性和多糖含量最大值分别为5.40 μg TF/g基质, 12 h和3 454.6 μg/g基质.

Abstract:The effects of nutrients including C6H12O6, KNO3 and NaH2PO4 on the dehydrogenase activity and polysaccharide content of the substrate biofilms in the integrated vertical flow constructed wetland were studied by means of the orthogonal array design. Results show that C6H12O6 and KNO3 were the main factors to influence the dehydrogenase activity and polysaccharide content, respectively. The different combinations of the three nutrientsin different concentrations had different effects on the dehydrogenase activity and polysaccharide content of biofilms, and there existed the optimal combinations. For the dehydrogenase activity, the optimal combination of the nutrients was 0.2 g/L C6H12O6, 0.8 g/L KNO3, 0.05 g/L NaH2PO4. And for the polysaccharide content, the optimal combination was 0.2 g/L C6H12O6, 0.4 g/L KNO3, 0.2 g/L NaH2PO4. The corresponding dehydrogenase activity and polysaccharide content were 5.40 μg TF/g substrate, 12 h and 3 454.6 μg/g substrate, respectively.
