| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzed development status of human resource management of water conservancy institution,and discussed model of human resource management in establishment unit of water conservancy.Then,the author put forward that establishment unit of water conservancy should insist idea of people oriented in order to improve management capacity of establishment unit of water conservancy,from aspects of introduction and transfer,continuing education and performance management of talents. |
