电梯式立体车库升降系统设计与安全研究

摘    要:以电梯式立体车库为主要研究对象,介绍了电梯式立体车库的主体结构及其运行原理。通过对市面上各类立体车库升降系统的研究分析,对比各类升降系统的优缺点,确定了以液压升降为主的升降方案,设计了适用于电梯式立体车库的新型液压式升降系统,并绘制了结构示意图和液压控制系统原理图。同时对升降系统的安全性进行了研究,提出了相应的安全措施。此设计以较短的液压缸行程实现了较大的升降高度,为电梯式立体车库的升降方式提供了一种全新的解决方案。

Lifting System Design and Safety Study of Elevator - Type Stereo Garage

Abstract:With the elevator - type stereo garage set as the main target of research, its main structure and operation principle was introduced. By analyzing and researching all kinds of lifting systems of those stereo garages, comparing their advantages and disadvantages, the hydraulic lifting - based scheme was finally determined and a new type of hydraulic lifting system suitable for the elevator stereo garage was therefore designed. The schematic diagram of the new lifting system' s hydraulic control system was drawn accord- ingly. At the same time, the safety of the lifting system was studied and the corresponding safety measures were proposed. Based on the shorter journey of the hydraulic cylinders, the design achieves a longer lift- ing height, which provides a brand - new solution for the lifting system of the elevator- type stereo garage and is of great theoretical value and practical significance.
