| 摘 要： | 以红鳍笛鲷为材料，取头肾经空气干燥制片法制片，经过姬姆萨染色和核型分析，结果表明红鳍笛鲷的核型为2n=48、48t，臂数NF=48。

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of Lutjanus erythopterus were examined from their renal tissues by PHA injection_air drying method.Giemsa stain and observation of chromosome spreads under the microscope. The results showed that there are 48 acrocentric chromosomes in diploid and its karyotype formulae is 2 n =48 t,NF=48. |
