| 摘 要： | 家族企业是一种普遍的企业形态，我国现有的民营企业中有很大比重为家族企业。家族企业有着与生俱来的优势，但是它以血缘关系为基本纽带、追求家族利益为首要目标等特点又成为它长期发展的瓶颈。中国的家族企业应该根据自身的发展目标，主动改造企业的产权结构和治理结构，实现家族企业制度向现代企业制度的转型。

| Abstract: | Family business is a prevalent formation of enterprise. Most of private enterprises exist in the form of family business. Family business has its inherent advantages, but its basic tie is by consanguinity and its chief aim is in pursuit of family interest, which has become a bottleneck of its long - term development. Chinese family business should initiatively alter the structures of its property right and governance to carry out the transformation to modem corporate structure according to its own development objective. |
