| 摘 要： | 创新系统化是生成性的，包含着自然生成和社会生成两个层面。在创新目标的生成过程中，复杂性、不确定性和非线性对创新系统有建设性作用，在地域、时间和关系三个雏度上使创新活动表征出系统性，形成创新系统。
