平板式永磁直线电动机的热分析与冷却系统设计

摘    要:研究平板式永磁直线电动机的热特性及其温度分布,设计冷却系统.运用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立3D数学模型,同时运用实验测试法,设计了一种新颖有效的水冷却器,集成于初级铁心和绕组端部上方,而不增加电动机的外形尺寸.通过对实物的温升实验证明,绕组温度可降低50%以上,电动机能够长期可靠地工作,提高直线电动机伺服系统的额定推力约18%.

Abstract:In order to analyze the thermal behavior and temperature distribution of the flat PM linear motor, and design the cooling system, a 3-D geometric model of the motor is built up using the FEA software ANSYS, and a method of experimental measurement is used. A novel powerful plate-type cooler is designed to integrate into the top of the laminated core and winding ends, while the dimension of motor remains unchanged. Validity of analysis and design methods is verified via the temperature test of the prototype. As a result the temperature of winding is reduced by 50 percent, the life of the linear motor prolonged, and the rated thrust is increased by 18 percent.
