吴茱萸水煎液对寒凝血瘀型痛经大鼠模型的影响

摘    要:为了观察吴茱萸水煎液对寒凝血瘀型痛经大鼠模型的影响,本实验制作了寒凝血瘀型痛经大鼠模型,通过离体子宫平滑肌实验,观察吴茱萸水煎液对大鼠子宫活动的影响;测定大鼠血浆NO、6-Keto-PGF1α含量的改变。结果显示:吴茱萸水煎液能够抑制缩宫素引起的子宫痉挛性收缩;可使痛经大鼠血浆NO、6-Keto-PGF1α含量均明显升高。吴茱萸水煎液可通过抑制子宫平滑肌收缩、调节血浆NO、6-Keto-PGF1α含量治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of Evodia Rutaecarpa decoction on model rat of dysmenorrhea in the type of cold retention and blood stasis, the model rat of dysmenorrheal was induced to use vitro smooth muscle experiment to evaluate the effect of Evodia rutaecarpa decoction on the status of rat uterus. The contents of NO and 6-Keto-PGF1αwere respectively determined in plasma. The results showed that water decoction of Evodia rutaecarpa could obviously inhibit the uterine spasm induced by oxytocin and increase the contents of NO and 6-Keto-PGF1α in dysmenorrhea model rats. Water decoction of Evodia rutaecarpa could be used in the therapy of dysmenorrheal through inhibiting the contraction of uterus smooth muscle to regulate the contents of NO and 6-Keto-PGF1α in plasma.
