| 摘 要： | 从理论上阐述工程建设项目设计、实施、竣工投产三个阶段的工程造价有效控制方法,并结合建设广梧高速公路(马安至河口段)工程项目时在工程造价控制方面采取的措施,探讨有效控制高速公路工程造价的方法和措施,以取得良好的经济效益和社会效益.
