我国劳动关系与社会保障制度协调问题探析

劳动关系与社会保障制度涉及公平与效率、初次分配与再分配等重要经济社会关系,对国民经济和社会发展产生很大影响.随着社会主义市场经济的发展和改革开放的深化,我国劳动关系与社会保障制度之间的矛盾日益显现.文章系统阐述了我国现阶段劳动关系与社会保障制度之间的矛盾,并且提出可以从制度、管理、经济、立法等多个层面促进劳动关系与社会保障制度协调发展.

Analysis on China's Labor Relations and Issues in the Coordination of Social Security Systems

Labor relations and social security systems involve such important economic and social relations as fairness and efficiency,distribution and redistribution,which may greatly influence the national economy and social development. With the development of socialist market economy and deepening of reform and opening-up,the contradictions between China's labor relations and social security systems are becoming increasingly obvious.The paper explains the contradictions and proposes coordinative development of the two from the aspects as system,management,economy and legislation.
