中国无人机安全监管

 随着无人机产业的蓬勃发展，加快推进相关立法，加强行业安全监管，已变得十分必要和迫切。综合研究了中国现有无人机相关的监管法规制度情况，分析了各项管理措施和政策，剖析了监管存在的问题，并借鉴国外主流做法和经验，提出中国无人机安全监管应围绕“人、机、环”关键环节，从国家层面建立统一管控平台，加快相关法规标准制定，规范反制设备使用，通过安全检测、试点宣传等手段，推动建立健全安全监管体系。

A conceptual discussion on electromagnetic units – Extending mechanical units towards a global system of units

A comparative review of the different systems of units that are most usual in electromagnetism leads to the proposal of a new system of units. In this system, the gravitational constant acquires the role of an interaction constant, both for gravitational and electromagnetic interaction, as a result of a redefinition of electric charge. In this way, the new system of units extends in a natural manner to mechanics. The comparison between the gravitational and electromagnetic interactions is of particular relevance.     

谢桥煤矿综采工作面“人—机—环境”系统研究与应用

综采工作面是煤矿生产系统的重要组成部分,其"人—机—环境"相互作用关系直接影响着煤矿的安全生产。本文以谢桥煤矿综采面"人—机—环境"系统为研究对象,并从这三个组成要素出发,对各类影响因素进行了研究和评价,为人、机、环境各子系统的改进提供理论基础和决策支持。继而结合采煤生产循环实际过程,提出"以人为本"的人机工程匹配完善方案,提高人机互动准确度,克服设备三大故障。将研究结果应用到谢桥煤矿13116综采工作面的实际生产,并提出相应的改进措施,使系统功能趋于完善。     

铰链四杆机构在飞参系统加装中的应用与分析

根据飞参系统角位移传感器加装设计的要求,提出利用铰链四杆机构来采集飞机左发油门位置的机械信号。采用解析法建立了该角位移测量机构的运动方程,算例仿真分析结果表明:传感器的角位移变化幅度大,采集精度高;角位移测量机构传动平稳,不影响飞机的操纵性能,满足飞参系统的设计要求和飞机的飞行安全。     

基于ASP+JSON技术的房间预约管理系统研究与设计

从无锡职业技术学院教室、实验实训室管理的现状出发,结合ASP和JSON技术研究并设计一套B/S结构的房间预约管理系统,该系统可实现数据采集、用户管理、房间管理、预约管理及系统设置等功能,最终可满足不同用户对房间资源的访问、预约、使用要求。     

用组合赋值权法评价战术防空C~3I系统的综合效能

战术防空C3 I系统综合效能评价是一个多目标评价过程。多目标评价中的一个重要因素是考虑目标权系数的选取。运用多目标权系数的组合赋值方法 ,对战术防空C3 I系统效能进行了综合评价 ,确定了一套评价指标 ,给出了系统效能的评价算法。效能评价实例说明了这种评价方法的科学性。     

一类非线性系统的混沌反控制在图像加密中的应用

混沌反控制为混沌控制的一个研究方向，已成为人们研究的热点．探讨混沌反控制理论、混沌反控制方法，对一类非线性系统，设计控制器，得到混沌化的系统，并将该系统应用在图像加密中．仿真实验表明：该非线性系统的混沌反控制在图像加密中取得了很好的加密效果，密钥空间大，扩散扰乱性能好，能够抵抗各种攻击．     

基于ABMS的CEC体系效能仿真分析

基于Agent的建模仿真(Agent Based Modeling and Simulation,ABMS)方法被普遍认为是军事作战研究特别是网络中心战(Network Centric Warfare,NCW)环境下进行作战研究的重要方法.采用ABMS仿真方法进行了 CEC(Cooperative Engagement Capability)体系效能仿真分析.在体系效能分析仿真平台的支持下建立了面向CEC体系效能分析的Agent模型框架,确定了Agent实体间的探测、通信和毁伤交互关系.以舰艇编队数量和进攻强度和平台中心战(Platform Centric Warfare,PCW)、NCW和CEC指挥体制作为实验设计参数进行了批量仿真实验.通过与传统CEC体系效能分析结果的对比,发现了与传统的CEC体系效能分析研究存在的差异和原因,揭示了CEC对舰艇编队防空效能的贡献主要源于体系层次的行为控制.     

The Ontological Status of Critique

Two previous papers by the author are summarized in order to provide the context for the arguments and results of the present paper. The author's previous research has identified the exact place where critique is epistemologically actioned and this enables the present paper to argue for the attribution of ontological status to critique. Since it is commonly acknowledged that a lack of critique results in dogmatism or bounded rationality, these latter two are investigated—in greater depth than previously considered in the literature—and, though they are shown to be inescapable, they provide a route toward a fundamental principle which systemically brings together ontological, epistemological, ethical, and emancipatory concerns. The principle can be stated as follows: One is more or less emancipated depending upon the extent to which one is aware of critique-bounded emancipation as an ontological necessity and thus to the degree to which one ceases to attempt escaping from practical critique into the realms of dogmatic emancipation and rationally bounded emancipation. The paper provides accurate definitions of critique and emancipation, showing that one cannot be considered without the other, thus framing the manner in which further discussion of these two intimately related issues can be continued. In keeping with the author's previous published research, the relevance of von Bertalanffy's deliberations to Critical Systems Thinking, as well as Sartre's philosophy to systems thinking in general, is upheld.
