不同基因型小麦籽粒生育期蛋白质的动态变化

摘    要:本文运用SDS-PAGE电泳技术,比较分析了3个小麦品种籽粒生育过程中叶片和籽粒各种蛋白质的动态变化,结果表明,(1)小麦籽粒生育过程中叶片和籽粒中蛋白质的种类和数量有较大变化;(2)叶片和籽粒蛋白质动态变化存在负相关性;(3)叶片中52和47kDa蛋白质起初最多,后期很少,籽粒中63和58kDa蛋白质前期很少,后期最多,变化幅度较大;(4)叶片蛋白质含量最后阶段骤然下降,籽粒蛋白质含量显著上升,这些变化对不同品种有一定差异.

Abstract:The SDS-PAGE is used in this article to analyse the dynamic changes of different kinds of protein in leaves and grain during the development of wheat grain of three varieties. The result shows:(1)During the development of wheat grain, kinds and content of protein change very much in leaves and grain.(2)The dynamic changes of protein of grain have a negative relation with that of leaves.(3)In leaves, 52 and 47kDa have the highest content in the beginning, the later stage much lower; 63 and 58kDa have lower content in the beginning, the later stage highest. Their change are very great. (4) Protein content in leaves decreases suddenly in the later stage, while in grain increases strikingly These changes are quite different in different types.
