药品包装线控制系统设计与实现

传统的药品包装线控制系统中存在的包装效率低以及药品检测难等方面的问题,提出采用了把整条包装线分为4个输送阶段的工艺设计,应用变频调速,以及运用光电传感器检测药品定位情况,运用微动开关作为药品到位检测手段.该设计有效地提高了包装速度,解决了传统包装线药品定位不准,以及检测药品到位成本过高这这些方面的缺点.应用结果表明,本控制系统具有控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、投资成本低等特点,充分满足药品包装生产线的控制要求.

A Design and Realization for Medicine Packaging Line Control System

This paper provides some new methods for packaging of medicine boxes by using a technological design of dividing the whole casing line into four transmitting sections, applying the frequency control, as well as utilizing photoelectrical sensors to measure location of medicine boxes and utilizing jogging switches to measure position of medicine boxes. The design in this paper can effectively increase the packaging speed of medicine boxes, and solve the problems of incorrect location of medicine boxes and high cost of medicines measurement in traditional system. The application result has shown that the system possesses some characteristics such as high control precision, steady and reliable running, and low cost. What is more, the system sufficiently meets control needs of the product line.
