| 摘 要： | 方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata)和泥东风螺(Babylonia lutosa)隶属于东风螺属,是中国重要的水产经济品种.以这两种东风螺的担轮幼体为实验材料,经秋水仙素处理,空气干燥法制片,Giemsa染色,观察分析获得的两种东风螺染色体核型.结果表明,方斑东风螺核型为2n=66=32m+20sm+8st+6t,染色体总臂数NF=118.泥东风螺核型为2n=66=30m+22sm+8st+6t,总臂数NF=118.两种东风螺的全套染色体中均未发现次缢痕、随体及性染色体.另外,本研究还分析了这两种螺与蛾螺科其他种类之间的染色体数目差异,为探讨它们之间的亲源关系提供科学依据.
