摘    要:文化限定了企业国际商务谈判者的行为、举止和掌控谈判进程的方法手段。不同文化的碰撞,增大了国际商务谈判的不确定性和达成协议的难度,了解文化差异,跨越文化障碍,成为提升企业国际商务谈判效力的核心环节。

Abstract:The culture restricts the behavior and manner of enterprises' international commercial negotiators and their method and means for controlling the progress of the negotiation. The impaction of different cultures will increase the uncertainty of the international commercial negotiation and the difficulty of reaching an agreement. And understanding the cultural differences and surmounting the cultural obstacles become the core links of lifting the effect of enterprises' international commercial negotiation.
