| 摘 要： | 对苦参（Ｓｏｐｈｒａ ｆｌａｖｅｓｃｅｎｓ Ａｉｔ）。进行了核型分析，结果表明：染色体数目为２ｎ＝１８，核型公式为Ｋ（２）＝１８＝１０ｍ＋８ｓｍ，核型属“２Ａ”型。核型不对称系数为５９．４２％，染色体的相对长度组成为２ｎ＝１８＝６Ｍ２＋１２Ｍ１。

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of Sophora flavescens Ait.is reported.The result is as follows:the chromosome number of Sophora flavescens Ait.is 2 n =18 and its karyotype formulae is K(2n) =18=10m 8sm.In the light of Stebbins'classification of karyotypic asymmetry,the karyotype of Sophora flavescens Ait.belongs to "2A" type.In the light of the method of Kuo S R et al,the species chromosome complement based on relative length is 2 n =18=6M 2 12M 1. |
