| 摘 要： | 通过大量文献和５０５系列保健品的研制、生产和使用实践，提出了５０５产品的中医学理论依据即为老子的养生哲学。进而认为老子关于“贵生”的思想、辨证和谐的调整思想、“恬淡为上”的延寿思想等，奠定了道家养生哲学的基础。
