| Abstract: | The paper has introduced the approaches including isozymes, RFLPs, Southern's blotting, techniques based on cloning and DNA sequencing, techniques based on the PCR and applications in the course of the molecular ecology progressing. An increased focus applications to detailed case studies in future are suggested. |
