| 摘 要： | 对红凉伞原植物形态以及药材的性状特征、显微特征、理化特征(薄层色谱、紫外光谱)进行了观测分析,按《中国药典》1]的方法对红凉伞药材的水分、灰分及醇溶性浸出物进行了测定.研究结果可为红凉伞的开发利用、建立质量标准提供依据.

| Abstract: | In this article,the pharmacogonostical features of Ardisia crenata var.bicolor were observed,such as the original plant form,property characteristics,microscopic characters and physico-chemical properties(thin layer chromatography and ultrariolet spectrum).With the methods of Pharmacopeia of R.P(2005 edition),moisture content,ash content and alcohol-soluble extraction of crude drug were determinated.The study results can be basis for the utilization of Ardisia crenata var.bicolor.,and establishment of the q... |
