| 摘 要： | 依据跨平台的Java语言所提供的面向对象特性，平台无关性，提出了一个基于Java的，使用Java电话应用程序接口（JTAPI）以及Java消息服务（JMS）构筑统一消息平台的设计方案，并通过代码实例验证了这种方案的可行性。

| Abstract: | The unified message (UM) service is now being provided by more and more call centers and mail vendors. The UM serivce can integrate email, voice mail, fax mail into one_box and can thus enable ordinary users to deal with all kinds of information in one interface. In this paper, a Java_based framework is proposed to set up a unified message system that can run smoothly under different platforms. The feasibility of this framework has been proved by JTAPI (Java Telephony Application Procedure Interface) and JMS (Java Message Service). |
