摘    要:基于微分几何学建立了二次捻制钢丝绳中钢丝的空间曲线方程,分析了钢丝绳典型捻向组合对绳中二次捻制钢丝曲率的影响,探讨了绳捻距倍数对捻制钢丝之间接触角的影响.研究结果表明,同向捻对二次捻制钢丝曲率影响比交互捻的大,而绳捻距倍数对交互捻制绳接触角的影响较同向捻的更为明显.

Abstract:The space curve equation of double helical wire was d es cribed based on the differential geometry. The influence of typical lay directio n arrangement on the curvature of steel wire was analyzed. The influence of layi ng pitch coefficient on the contact angle of steel wire rope was discussed. The results show that the lang lay has more influence on the curvature of metal wire than the regular lay. Laying pitch coefficient of rope affects the contact angl e more in regular lay than in the lang lay. The developed CAD software provides scientific tool for designing the structure of steel wire rope.
