瑞舒伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血hsCRP及NO水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响.方法140例脑梗死急性期患者随机分为两组,常规治疗组70例,给予常规抗血小板聚集、改善循环、营养神经治疗;瑞舒伐他汀治疗组70例,在常规治疗组基础上每晚加服瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,均治疗14 d,观察治疗前后hs CRP,NO的变化情况.结果 1)与常规治疗前比较,瑞舒伐他汀治疗后hs CRP显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);2)各组在治疗14 d后,瑞舒伐他汀治疗组NO较常规组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);3)治疗前hs CRP与神经功能缺损评分呈正相关(r=0.397,P=0.001);治疗前NO与神经功能缺损评分呈显著负相关(r=-0.365,P=0.006).结论血浆hs CRP,NO与急性脑梗死的严重程度密切相关,瑞舒伐他汀能明显降低急性脑梗死患者血浆hs CRP水平,升高NO水平,瑞舒伐他汀可作为治疗急性脑梗死早期应用药物.

Abstract:Objective To observe the impact of rosuvastatin on the blood levels of hsCRP and NO in acute cerebral infarction patients. Method One hundred and forty cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. There were 70 cases in conventional treatment group treated with conventional anti-platelet aggregation, circulation improvement, and nerve nutrition therapy. There were 70 cases in rosuvastatin treatment group, in which the patients were treated with 10 mg rosuvastatin combined with the conventional treatment. Both were treated for 14 days and the changes of hsCRP and NO were observed before and after the treatment. Results (1)Compared with the previous conventional treatment,hsCRP decreased significantly after the rosuvastatin treatment. The difference was of statistical significance(P<0. 05). (2) After 14 days of the treatment,the amount of NO in the rosuvastatin treatment group was much higher than that of the conventional treatment group. The difference was of statistical significance(P<0. 05). (3) Before treatment,hsCRP and neurological deficit scores were positively correlated(r=0. 397,P=0. 001). Before the treatment,NO and neurological deficit scores were significantly negatively correlated(r=-0. 365,P=0. 006). Conclusion hsCRP and NO in plasma are closely related to the severity of acute cerebral infarction. Rosuvastatin can reduce the hsCRP level and NO level in plasma of patients with acute cerebral infarction,indicating that it can be used as medicament for earlier acute cerebral infarction.
