| 摘 要： | 介绍了脉冲放电等离子体（ＰＤＰ）杀灭细菌的新方法，给出了细菌存活率与处理时间的关系，比较了两种脉冲放电等离子体的灭菌效果，讨论了由脉冲放电等离子体引起的细胞细胞膜上不可逆击穿，并分析了这种方法的灭菌机理。

| Abstract: | A novel method of sterilization by pulsed discharge plasma (PDP) has been presented. The relationship of survival rate of bacteria against treatment time is obtained. The sterilization effects of two kinds of PDP are compared. Irreversible breakdown of cell membrane caused by PDP is discussed and the sterilization mechanism of this method is analyzed. |
