目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清中IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP和D-二聚体(D-D)浓度的变化与AMI的关系.方法利用免疫比浊法和荧光免疫法对60例AMI患者血清中IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP和D-D浓度进行测定,并与30例正常对照组比较.结果AMI患者血清中的IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP和D-D浓度明显高于正常对照组,与疾病严重程度呈正相关.结论监测AMI患者血清IgA,IgG,IgM,BNP和D-D浓度的变化,对AMI严重程度评估和疗效观察有重要的临床意义.  相似文献

目的:通过联合测试血清中BNP和cTnT浓度变化来评价超长时运动负荷对心脏的影响。方法:在10名运动员完成50km超长马拉松前后,分别检测其血清中BNP和cTnT浓度。结果:完成该运动后所有运动员血清BNP和cTnT浓度均发生显著升高(p<0.01),BNP和cTnT明显正相关,BNP和cTnT与运动强度呈正向关系。结论:超长时运动负荷能明显增加血清中BNP和cTnT含量,两者的增加是由于心肌受损和心功能失调造成,但对心脏机能的评价与临床分析方法有所不同。  相似文献

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)在诊断和预后中的意义。材料和方法CHF患者71例,按NY-HA心功能分级分为3组(Ⅱ一Ⅳ)。应用放射免疫法(RIA)测患者血浆β-EP浓度,采用床旁Triager BNP测定仪测定同期血浆脑钠肽(BNP)量。结果CHF各组血浆β-EP和BNP含量与对照组相比显著性升高,并随心功能分级的增加呈上升趋势(P〈0.01)。CHF组血浆β-EP与BNP呈显著性线性正相关(P〈0.01);血浆β-EP和BNP水平与EF值及EF呈显著性线性负相关(P〈0.01)。血浆中β-内啡肽含量越高则半年内心血管事件发生率越高(P〈0.01)。结论血浆β-内啡肽和BNP的水平是诊断CHF的重要实验室指标,并可用于心功能及预后的评估。  相似文献

The concept that atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and the closely related peptides BNP and CNP might be involved in the ontogeny of several organ systems emerged in the late 1980s. While many of the reported in vitro actions have not been examined in the context of organ development in vivo, recent studies demonstrate that mice which lack or overexpress natriuretic peptides or receptors exhibit pronounced skeletal growth defects. This article discusses how natriuretic peptides and other factors appear to regulate bone growth as an example of how natriuretic peptides might participate in the ontogeny of other organ systems. Evidence indicating that natriuretic peptides regulate neural development is then reviewed. Natriuretic peptides and receptors exhibit complex expression patterns in the developing nervous system, where they have been shown to act on neural cells as early as at the embryonic neural tube stage. Interestingly, both bone and brain growth appear to utilize primarily CNP and the CNP-specific type B receptor, and perhaps the type C receptor. In vitro data indicate that CNP may act on developing neurons, astrocytes and Schwann cells like a classical growth factor, regulating proliferation, patterning, phenotypic specification, survival and axonal pathfinding. Natriuretic peptides might also have roles in the vascularization of the embryonic brain, establishment of the blood-brain and blood-nerve barriers, and perhaps in nerve regeneration.Received 13 April 2004; received after revision 20 May 2004; accepted 27 May 2004  相似文献

The nanoscale alloying of metals with bulk miscibility gaps, Ag-Pt and Ag-Rh, has been investigated using pulsed laser ablation of solids in solution(PLASiS). The procedure was in two steps. In the first step, the suspensions of monometallic nanoparticles were prepared by ablation of a metal rod submerged in water. In the second step,the monometallic suspensions were mixed and alloying was induced by re-irradiation. For the Ag-Pt system, a surface plasmon resonance was observed in the monometallic silver suspension. The surface plasmon resonance vanished in re-irradiated Ag-Pt suspensions, indicating alloying. Selected Area Electron Diffraction(SAED)analysis showed that the nanoparticles had a fcc structure with a lattice constant intermediate between that of monometallic Ag and Pt nanoparticles. First principles theoretical investigations of the mixing energy of Ag-Pt clusters confirm that mixing is favored at around ~1 nm. The same procedure used for Ag-Pt was followed for Ag-Rh. In this system where the two metals present miscibility gaps even in the liquid phase, no evidence of alloying was observed. Correspondingly, theoretical investigations found that the mixing energy of Ag-Rh clusters did not favor alloying.  相似文献

脑钠素是利钠多肽家族成员之一 ,存在于人体的多种器官组织中 .脑钠素具有很强的利钠利尿、舒张血管和降低血压等生理功能 ,而脑钠素的改变与高血压、心脑血管病和肾病等许多疾病有关 .脑钠素具有潜在的药用开发价值和良好的应用前景 ,其开发通常采用基因工程手段 ,但至今尚未成功 .本文综合评述了脑钠素基因工程研究的历史与现状 ,全面分析了所存在的问题 ,并提出了相应的解决问题的方法 .  相似文献
