摘    要:目的:通过联合测试血清中BNP和cTnT浓度变化来评价超长时运动负荷对心脏的影响。方法:在10名运动员完成50km超长马拉松前后,分别检测其血清中BNP和cTnT浓度。结果:完成该运动后所有运动员血清BNP和cTnT浓度均发生显著升高(p<0.01),BNP和cTnT明显正相关,BNP和cTnT与运动强度呈正向关系。结论:超长时运动负荷能明显增加血清中BNP和cTnT含量,两者的增加是由于心肌受损和心功能失调造成,但对心脏机能的评价与临床分析方法有所不同。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of prolonged strenuousexercise on athletes' heartsthrough the combined test to plasma levels of brain natriuretie peptide (BNP) and serum cardiactroponin T (cTnT). Methods:Levels of plasma BNP and cTnT were determined before and after a50-km ultramarathon in 10 athletes to examine the effect of such exercise on levels of BNP and cTnT,and correlations between BNP and cTnT as a marker for myocardic damage. Results:Levels ofplasma BNP and cTnT both significantly increased after the race. BNP had a significant and pos-titive linear correlation with cTnT. BNP and cTnT were correlated with increase of intension.Conclusion:Such exercise significantly increased BNP and cTnT levels in athletes,and the increasescould be attributed to myocardical damage and transient cardiac dysfuntion during the race, but thereisa little different between clinic evalution and sports evalution. Also, wefind the tension and lengthof exercise time both are the major factors for cardiac damage.
