Method of Homomorphic Encryption

The existing homomorphie eneryption scheme is based on ring of the integer, and the possible operators are restricted to addition and multiplication only. In this paper, a new operation is defined Similar Modul. Base on the Similar Modul, the number sets of the homomorphic encryption scheme is extended to real number, and the possible operators are extended to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Our new approach provides a practical ways of implementation because of the extension of the operators and the number sets.

时效时间对Al-Cu-Mn铸造合金物相组织的影响

Al-Cu-Mn铝合金在固溶处理后的时效过程中,可能有GP区、θ″、θ'和θ相等4种脱溶物相、二次T相、晶界及晶界析出相等。这些析出物相由于尺寸、分布及与基体的共格关系不同,其强化机制和效果有所不同。本研究拟以时效时间为变化参数,研究其对Al-Cu-Mn合金强度和塑性的影响,在此基础上分析该合金微观物相结构对宏观性能的影响。     

“FAST”反射面单元试验样机檩条用新型高强度铝合金型材热挤压工艺研究

分析了铝合金材料热挤压成形变形特点,对新型高强度铝合金型材挤压成形进行了实验研究,分析了温度对材料的应力应变的影响,不同变形速率下材料的应力应变规律,确定了新型高强度铝合金型材热挤压工艺参数。     

Audio Segmentation via the Similarity Measure of Audio Feature Vectors

A formula to compute the similarity between two audio feature vectors is proposed, which can map arbitrary pair of vectors with equivalent dimension to [0,1）. To fulfill the task of audio segmentation, a self-similarity matrix is computed to reveal the inner structure of an audio clip to be segmented. As the final result must be consistent with the subjective evaluation and be adaptive to some special applications, a set of weights is adopted, which can be modified through relevance feedback techniques. Experiments show that satisfactory result can be achieved via the algorithm proposed in this paper.     

Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理对工业纯铝的细化作用研究

通过对比实验的方法,分别研究了Al-Ti-B、La稀土以及Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理对工业纯铝组织和机械性能的影响.结果表明:单一的Al-Ti-B和La稀土均能减小工业纯铝的晶粒度,La稀土细化效果弱于Al-Ti-B,但当Al-Ti-B和La稀土复合熔体处理后细化效果明显,同时,可进一步改善其塑性、强度.

铁路货物快运服务网络鲁棒性优化方案

针对计划期间货运需求的波动情况,构建了铁路货物快运服务网络设计鲁棒优化模型。通过对比传统铁路货物快运服务网络设计基础模型,以总运输成本最小为目标,决策内容隐含车流的中转方案和摘挂方案、列车编组计划、运到期限等运输服务约束,采用和声搜索算法对模型求解,循环迭代至获取较优结果。研究结果表明,鲁棒优化模型对运输需求变动的适应性较强,且运到期限增大,总成本减少。     

A distributed routing and wavelength assignment algorithm for online multicast in all-optical WDM networks

Routing and wavelength assignment for online real-time multicast connection setup is a difficult task due to the dynamic change of availabilities of wavelengths on links and the consideration of wavelength conversion delay in WDM networks. This paper presents a distributed routing and wavelength assignment scheme for the setup of real-time multicast connections. It integrates routing and wavelength assignment as a single process, which greatly reduces the connection setup time. The proposed routing method is based on the Prim’s MST (Minimum Spanning Tree) algorithm and the K-restricted breadth-first search method, which can produce a sub-minimal cost tree under a given delay bound. The wave-length assignment uses the least-conversion and load balancing strategies. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for online multicast connection establishment in WDM networks.
