基于PLC的变压吸附制高纯氧系统

研究了采用沸石分子筛和碳分子筛吸附床的变压吸附制高纯氧工艺以及采用基于PLC控制系统对流量、压力和电磁阀进行的调节和控制，确立了两级变压吸附制高纯氧的工艺流程和各吸附床的最佳吸附周期，分析了排气量对氧气纯度的影响．实验结果表明氧气的最高纯度可达到99．5％．     

苯乙烯种子乳液聚合反应的动力学

用膨胀计法研究了50℃时小粒径苯乙烯种子乳液聚合反应第Ⅱ阶段的反应动力学。由实验得到了自由基进入乳胶粒子的速率常数与引发剂浓度的关系式;根据实验数据,计算了自由基从乳胶粒子中逸出的平均速率常数及聚合反应增长速率常数;并发现乳胶粒子内单体浓度随反应转化率的增加而略有下降。

ASYMPTOTIC ANALYSIS OF THE OPTIMAL CONTROL OF AN ELASTODYNAMIC SYSTEM

Based on the idea of the reduction of optimal control systems in singularperturbations of Lions and a priori estimates in [4], we prove the convergence of theoptimal control, state and the cost function between a singular linear elastodynamic systemand a limit system. Our asymptotic analysis is applicable to the optimal control of flexiblerobotic manipulators.     

THE APPROXIMATION PROBLEM FOR HYPERBOLIC POINTWISE CONTROL SYSTEMS

The distributed control approximation of pointwise control for the hyperbolic system isconsidered.First,it is,shown that there is a unique solution in C([0,T];L~2(Ω))for the hyperbolic systemwith pointwise input.Then an approximate technique of the hyperbolic pointwise input system isproposed,and it is proved that the solution of the obtained approximate equation converges in L~2-norm to that of the original pointwise input system.Finally,it is shown that under the quadratic index,the corresponding approximate optimal control is also convergent in L~2-norm.     

甲壳胺溶液流变性质研究

研究了甲壳胺溶液中的醋酸和尿素含量的改变对溶液流变参数的影响.研究表明:各种组成的甲壳胺溶液的n均小于1,是切力变稀型流体.调节溶液配比,可改变溶液的流变性质,改善可纺性,并对不同温度和时间下溶液的降解作了讨论.     

黄粉虫氨基酸水解液的研制

对水解黄粉虫蛋白适宜的酶进行了研究，结果表明：胰蛋白酶水解黄粉虫蛋白是最佳选择。并对影响酶解反应的因素进行了选择和分析，适宜的反应条件为：黄粉虫与水的重量比为３０∶１０５，酶作用量为黄粉虫重量的０．５％，控制反应温度５０℃，酶解时间５ｈ，ｐＨ＝８．０。在此基础上，针对单一酶水解的特异性，蛋白质水解率低的问题，进行了提高其水解率的研究，结果发现，采用脱脂、浸提、双酶水解等处理可大大提高蛋白水解率。最后用发酵法脱除异味，制得一种氨基酸含量丰富的水解液
