为了优化车辆开发过程的有效性,数值气动声学分析法的实施和应用对汽车制造商来说变得越来越重要。提出了一种结合延迟分离涡流模拟和基于Lighthill方程及声学扰动方程的有限元模型混合数值工具,应用OpenFOAM和Actran软件实现了基于声学有限元法的近场声源区提取及声学压力脉动计算,并尝试应用于车顶扰流板及后视镜区域的气动噪声计算及分析。在兰博基尼Urus车型上,研究了不同车顶扰流板设计的气动声学行为,将仿真结果与斯图加特大学气动声学全尺寸风洞的实验结果进行比较,发现了令人信服的相关性。此外,探讨了扰流板上的主要噪声产生机制,研究了汽车表面压力波动水平随几何形状改变的变化情况。  相似文献

Cardiac myocytes have a complex network of signals that regulates their essential role in the rhythmic pumping of the heart. This network is an appealing model system in which to study the basic principles underlying cellular signalling mechanisms. Progress in this effort has come through the establishment of standardized myocyte isolation and culture procedures and characterization of important signalling responses.  相似文献

The Alliance for Cellular Signaling has chosen the mouse B lymphocyte as a model system to understand basic principles that govern cellular signalling. Progress to that end has focused initially on establishing a reproducible experimental cell system and characterizing essential signalling responses. Although unravelling this complex network will take years, findings revealed in the interim will prove immensely useful to the scientific community at large.  相似文献

An isotropic (+U) and anisotropic [+(U-J)] corrected Density Functional Theory study for bulk hematite (α-Fe_2O_3) was carried out,and several competing terminations of its (0001) surface modeled via slabs of increasing thickness from twelve to thirty-six Fe-layers.In spite of small quantitative differences,the use of either U or (U-J)corrections showed not to qualitatively affect the results of the simulations both for bulkα-Fe_2O_3 and the lowestenergyα-Fe_2O_3(0001) surface studied,regardless of the thickness of the slab used.The energy favored antiferromagnetic ordering of bulkα-Fe_2O_3 was preserved in the relaxed slabs,with the largest surface-induced effects limited to the outermost three Fe-layers in the slabs.Mixed O-and Fe-terminations were found to be energetically favored and insulating.Conversely,fully O-or Fe-terminated surfaces were calculated to be energetically disfavored and metallic.Finally,the role of Fe-or O-termination for the semiconducting or metallic nature as well as absolute band alignment ofα-Fe_2O_3 (0001) surfaces was analyzed and discussed with respect to the challenges in enhancing the activity ofα-Fe_2O_3 samples as photo-electrode for water splitting.  相似文献

Involvement of DARPP-32 phosphorylation in the stimulant action of caffeine   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
Caffeine has been imbibed since ancient times in tea and coffee, and more recently in colas. Caffeine owes its psychostimulant action to a blockade of adenosine A(2A) receptors, but little is known about its intracellular mechanism of action. Here we show that the stimulatory effect of caffeine on motor activity in mice was greatly reduced following genetic deletion of DARPP-32 (dopamine- and cyclic AMP-regulated phosphoprotein of relative molecular mass 32,000). Results virtually identical to those seen with caffeine were obtained with the selective A(2A) antagonist SCH 58261. The depressant effect of the A(2A) receptor agonist, CGS 21680, on motor activity was also greatly attenuated in DARPP-32 knockout mice. In support of a role for DARPP-32 in the action of caffeine, we found that, in striata of intact mice, caffeine increased the state of phosphorylation of DARPP-32 at Thr 75. Caffeine increased Thr 75 phosphorylation through inhibition of PP-2A-catalysed dephosphorylation, rather than through stimulation of cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (Cdk5)-catalysed phosphorylation, of this residue. Together, these studies demonstrate the involvement of DARPP-32 and its phosphorylation/dephosphorylation in the stimulant action of caffeine.  相似文献
