利用超声雾化设备制备超细陶瓷粉体,确定该制备粉末的工艺参数和考查所制粉末的特性。     

冷冻干燥制备TiO2超细粉体研究

采用冷冻干燥法制取ＴｉＯ２超细粉,测试了粉体粒度及晶化处理后的晶粒度,研究了冷冻速度（冷媒种类）对粉体粒度的影响,并用该法制备出纳米材料。

In this paper，the recent advance of the study on the method of freeze-drying to produce tiny powders abroad is introduced．Meanwhile，the features of the study are reviewed．We try to produce TiO₂ tiny powder by this method，and try to find the optimal technology parameters（cooling rate，cooling medium），and produce some nanometer materials．
