优化试验法在化学镀铜工艺研究中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在现代印制电路原理与工艺课程的教学中,化学镀铜是基本内容之一。文章采用RF-4为基材,研究了优化试验设计在次亚磷酸钠为还原剂的化学镀铜工艺研究中的应用。实验获得Na2H2PO2化学镀铜的最佳工艺参数为:次亚磷酸钠50.0g·dm^-1;硫酸镍1.0g·dm^-1;硼酸30.0g·dm^-1;酒石酸钾钠20.0g·dm^-1;五水硫酸铜10.0g·dm^-1;pH值6;温度55℃。  相似文献

Water-soluble CdSe quantum dots(QDs) were synthesized in aqueous solution with thioglycollic acid as stabilizer.CdSe QDswere characterized using Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-Vis absorption spectrum(UV-Vis) and fluorescence spectra(FL).The characterization results indicate that as-synthesized CdSe QD was uniform at about 3.5 nm.  相似文献

In this paper,we present a novel method to fluorescently label magnetic carbon nanotubes by combining a non-ionic surfactant Tween 20 and a fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) commonly used in biological experiments.The samples were characterized using transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-Vis absorption spectrum(UV-Vis),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and fluorescence spectra(FL).  相似文献

In this work,a stable,large area sandwich structure of material consisted of carboxylic multiwall carbon nanotubes(c-MWCNTs) and polymer-modified graphene(G) via a self-assembly process was prepared.Positively charged nanomaterial of polymer-modified graphene were prepared via in situ reduction of graphite oxide in the presence of poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA).Then c-MWCNTs were added into the water-soluble PDDA-modified graphene to form hybrid carbon material via sequential electrostatic self-assembly.Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize those hybrid materials.From the figures we can learn that this method has successfully led to the fabrication of a reasonably uniform film with well-interconnected carbon-based hybrid materials.  相似文献
