针对新一代电子产品密集型的飞机,其系统结构和失效机理复杂、失效模式多样,传统的方法难以对其进行有效健康管理的现状,因此提出了基于海量数据挖掘的飞机PHM研究。首先从系统结构、服役环境、数据来源与存储方式等角度分析了新一代飞机对海量数据挖掘的应用需求;其次论述了基于海量数据挖掘的关键技术,包括数据的预处理、集成管理、聚类、分类、关联、预测等;最后提出了一种基于私有云的飞机PHM海量数据挖掘平台,详细阐述了该平台的总体框架和软硬件结构,该平台为飞机PHM提供了验证平台,对促进飞机PHM的集成与工程化实现具有重大的军事应用意义。  相似文献

Metabolic engineering is the enabling science of development of efficient cell factories for the production of fuels, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food ingredients through microbial fermentations. The yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a key cell factory already used for the production of a wide range of industrial products, and here we review ongoing work, particularly in industry, on using this organism for the production of butanol, which can be used as biofuel, and isoprenoids, which can find a wide range of applications including as pharmaceuticals and as biodiesel. We also look into how engineering of yeast can lead to improved uptake of sugars that are present in biomass hydrolyzates, and hereby allow for utilization of biomass as feedstock in the production of fuels and chemicals employing S. cerevisiae. Finally, we discuss the perspectives of how technologies from systems biology and synthetic biology can be used to advance metabolic engineering of yeast.  相似文献

We identified de novo truncating mutations in ARID1B in three individuals with Coffin-Siris syndrome (CSS) by exome sequencing. Array-based copy-number variation (CNV) analysis in 2,000 individuals with intellectual disability revealed deletions encompassing ARID1B in 3 subjects with phenotypes partially overlapping that of CSS. Taken together with published data, these results indicate that haploinsufficiency of the ARID1B gene, which encodes an epigenetic modifier of chromatin structure, is an important cause of CSS and is potentially a common cause of intellectual disability and speech impairment.  相似文献

Rats infected with Trypanosoma lewisi or decomplemented by injection of cobra venom factor or complement activating factor of trypanosomes were found to be more susceptible to infection with Salmonella typhimurium. Decomplemented rats subsequently infected with T. lewisi developed higher blood parasitemia than did normal T. lewisi infected rats.  相似文献

The efficacy of different hexacyanoferrates(II) in preventing the enteral absorption of 134Cs was studied in piglets. As compared to the controls, oral application of 134Cs together with KFe[Fe(CN)6], NH4Fe[Fe(CN)6], or Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3 resulted in a strong reduction of the 134 Cs-uptake by more than 97%. The decrease in enteral absorption depends on the dose of administered hexacyanoferrate(II), whereas differences between the compounds under study were small. The biological half-life of 134Cs in non-hexacyanoferrate(II) treated piglets was 21.6 +/- 3.3 days (mean +/- SD).  相似文献

Most of the world's cod (Gadus morhua) fisheries are now tightly regulated or closed altogether. Being able to link individual fish to their population of origin would assist enormously in policing regulations and in identifying poachers. Here we show that microsatellite genetic markers can be used to assign individual cod from three different populations in the northeastern Atlantic Ocean to their population of origin.  相似文献

The genome sequence of the filamentous fungus Neurospora crassa   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Neurospora crassa is a central organism in the history of twentieth-century genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology. Here, we report a high-quality draft sequence of the N. crassa genome. The approximately 40-megabase genome encodes about 10,000 protein-coding genes--more than twice as many as in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe and only about 25% fewer than in the fruitfly Drosophila melanogaster. Analysis of the gene set yields insights into unexpected aspects of Neurospora biology including the identification of genes potentially associated with red light photobiology, genes implicated in secondary metabolism, and important differences in Ca2+ signalling as compared with plants and animals. Neurospora possesses the widest array of genome defence mechanisms known for any eukaryotic organism, including a process unique to fungi called repeat-induced point mutation (RIP). Genome analysis suggests that RIP has had a profound impact on genome evolution, greatly slowing the creation of new genes through genomic duplication and resulting in a genome with an unusually low proportion of closely related genes.  相似文献
