细菌群体感应机制与动植物病原菌的致病力

N 酰基高丝氨酸内酯 (AHLs)作为信号分子介导的细菌群体感应机制参与许多生物学功能的调节 ,当侵染动植物寄主组织的病原菌繁殖到一定量时 ,细菌本身产生的AHLs积累到临界浓度 ,AHLs与胞内特异受体结合 ,启动致病因子的表达。利用AHLs降解酶和AHLs类似物的特性 ,干扰和破坏病原菌的AHLs 群体感应机制 ,将为利用现代生物技术防治此类细菌病害开辟了一条全新的途径     

相干DCSK混沌通信系统的多用户噪声性能

为了定量描述混沌数字通信系统的多用户噪声性能，基于离散时间混沌序列，提出了相干DCSK(Differential Chaos Snift Keying)系统在多用户噪声环境下误码性能的一种近似分析方法，获得了多用户、单用户误码性能及其理论上界的表达式，理论计算与计算机仿真结果一致．结果表明，随着用户的增加其误码率显著下降，且存在一个较大的性能下界．提高多用户误码性能的途径是产生正交的混沌信号集．     

SO42-/TiO2-MoO3催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛

以固体超强酸SO4^2-／TiO2-MoO3为多相催化剂，对以苯甲醛和乙二醇为原料合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究。实验表明：SO4^2-／TiO2-MoO3是合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂，较系统地研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对收率的影响。最佳反应条件为：n(苯甲醛)：n(乙二醇)=1：1．3，催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0．75％，环己烷为带水剂，反应时间40min。上述条件下，苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的收率可达82．7％．     

碱土金属化合物性质实验的微型化研究

系统探讨碱土金属氢氧化物及其盐的溶解性、碱土金属元素的焰色反应、碱土金属离子的分离和鉴定等微型化实验，并将其设计成新的微型实验应用于无机化学实验教学，效果良好。     

Impact of nuclear actin on the prophase chromosome construction of Physarum polycephalum

A cell-free system efficiently promoting mitosis has been developed using the precise natural synchronous plasmodium of Physarum polycephalum. The content changes of nuclear cyclin B were exploited to represent the prophase process of Physarum polycephalum. The possible function of nuclear actin on chromosome construction was investigated by detecting the content changes of nuclear cyclin B in the late G2 phase nuclei treated with cytochalasin B and incubated in the cell-free system. Our results showed that nuclear actin plays an important role in the process of the chromosome construction.     

The effects of the guide field on the structures of electron density depletions in collisionless magnetic reconnection

Two-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations are performed to investigate the formation of electron density depletions in collisionless magnetic reconnection.In anti-parallel reconnection,the quadrupole structures of the out-of-plane magnetic field are formed,and four symmetric electron density depletion layers can be found along the separatrices due to the effects of magetic mirror.With the increase of the initial guide field,the symmetry of both the out-of-plane magnetic field and electron density depletion layers is distorted.When the initial guide field is sufficiently large,the electron density depletion layers along the lower left and upper right separatrices disappear.The parallel electric field in guide field reconnection is found to play an important role in forming such structures of the electron density depletion layers.The structures of the out-of-plane magnetic field By and electron depletion layers in anti-parallel and guide field reconnection are found to be related to electron flow or in-plane currents in the separatrix regions.In anti-parallel reconnection,electrons flow towards the X line along the separatrices,and are directed away from the X line along the magnetic field lines just inside the separatrices.In guide field reconnection,electrons can only flow towards the X line along the upper left and lower right separatrices due to the existence of the parallel electric field in these regions.

本文提出了多关节机械臂运动学正问题的递推公式,并利用这些递推公式方便地解决了多关节机械臂的运动学逆问题,不仅物理概念清晰,而且无需导出其显式表示.文中所述方法简单、新颖,通用性强,适用于计算机编程,对多关节机械臂的设计与控制都有一定的指导作用.     

厂网分开条件下购电配电计划的优化方法

将电力系统描述为一个由发电节点和用电节点两类构成的二分图·在电力系统的经济决策和系统运行技术分析可以分别进行的前提下,提出一种电力市场下电力购买与配送计划优化的模型,基于图论理论给出模型解存在的必要条件·并提出基于线性规划的模型求解算法·根据各类节点的电量和资金平衡条件,构造包含节点电价的线性方程组,从而构成确定各节点成本电价的方法·上述方法对大量来源于实际电力系统购配电计划模拟问题进行了计算,取得了满意的结果·
