Environmental Friendly Route and Wool Shrink Proofing

The shrink proofing on wool with treatment of protease named Argaenzyme STL was studied. The various pretreating auxiliaries, different parameters for protease treating process and the effect of stabilizer were discussed in detail. The varieties of some properties before and after protease treatment were also investigated.     

Union Dyeing Behavior on the Blends of Tencel and Shrink-proofing Wool with the Same Reactive Dyestuffs in One Bath

In order to obtain union colour on the blends of Tencel and shrink-proofing wool and improve the efficiency of dyeing process, the dyeing behavior on the blends of Tencel and shrink-proofing wool in the same bath was studied. The Argazol TW reactive dyestuffs were involved in the dyeing process. The parameters under different conditions such as exhaustion, fixation, compatibility as well as soaping fastness were investigated in detail. It is shown that the Argazol TW reactive dyestuffs are suitable for dyeing of blends of Tencel and shrink-proofing wool and good dyeing behavior can be expected.     

改善绵羊绒手感方法的研究

阐述了绵羊绒织物如何通过处理以达到接近山羊绒手感的方法,研究结果有助于改善绵羊绒的品质,扩大绵羊绒纤维的应用范围,以满足市场的需要。改善绵羊绒织物手感最为有效的方法是在一定的条件下对绵羊绒织物首先进行氯化处理,随后分别用聚氨酯和氨基硅油对织物进行柔软整理。     

Coagulating Processes of Impregnating Spun-Laced Non-Woven Substrates with PU Dispersion

PU dispersion was chosen as an impregnating agent to produce leather-like sheet on spun-laced nonwoven.Three typical coagulating processes were studied.It was found that the best coagulating process for the chosen PUdispersion to get the leather-like sheet was coagulation in a sodium chloride solution.The detailed study of coagu-lating processes in sodium chloride solution was carriedout and optimal condition was obtained.Some experi-mental results were elucidated.Keywords:PU dispersion,coagulating, impregnating,ar-tificial leather,spun-laced nonwoven.     

The Study of Handle Improvement of Low Quality Cashmere

To improve low quality cashmere (sheep cashmere) has received special attention. This report shows how the sheep cashmere fabrics can be modified for an extremely soft handle similar to high quality cashmere to meet par-ticular market requirements. This enables the sheep cashmere fiber to be used in a much broader range of products. In order to get very soft handle products, the most effective processes are to give a chlorination pre-treatment followed by the polyurethane and the aminosil-icone treatments under suitable conditions.
