Sequence similarity analysis of non-self CTL epitopes and mouse proteins using sequence alignment

This research analyzed amino acid sequence similarity between non-self T cell epitopes recognized by mouse antibodies and mouse proteins. Using sequence alignment,we found that only 8 of 1 108 epitopes are highly similar to mouse protein sequences. The result shows that non-self T cell epitopes are not similar or have little similarity to mouse protein sequences. Furthermore,reviewing the related literature,we also found that the eight epitopes would trigger immune responses in some particular environment,which are ignored by T cells in normal condition. The result suggests that no or low-similarity peptide vaccines can reduce the chance of collateral cross-reactions and enhance the antigen-specific immune response to vaccine.     

细胞工程实验教学的改革与实践

实验教学是细胞工程的一个重要的组成部分,对细胞工程课程授课效果具有至关重要的作用,我们通过构建多层次实验教学体系、强化学生能力和素质、增加综合设计型实验比例、加强科研促进教学等方面进行实验教学改革,从而提高了实验教学水平和质量,调动了学生的主动性和创造性,提高了学生学习兴趣。     

Nonlinear RCMC method for spaceborne/airborne forward-looking bistatic SAR

In the spaceborne/airborne forward-looking bistatic synthetic aperture radar (SA-FBSAR),due to the system platforms’ remarkable velocity difference and the forward-looking mode,the range cell migration (RCM) not only depends on the target’s twodimensional location,but also varies with the range location nonlinearly.And the nonlinearity is not just the slight deviation from the linear part,but exhibits evident nonlinear departure in the RCM trajectory.If the RCM is not properly corrected,nonlinear image distortions would occur.Based on the RCM model,a modified two-step RCM compensation (RCMC) method for SA-FBSAR is proposed.In this method,firstly the azimuth-dependent RCM is compensated by the scaling Fourier transform and the phase multiplication.And then the range-dependent RCM is removed through interpolation.The effectiveness of the proposed RCMC method is verified by the simulation results of both point scatterers and area targets.     

铝电解多功能机组变幅四连杆打壳机构设计改进

铝电解多功能机组是大型铝电解生产的机械化专业操作设备,打壳机构是铝电解多功能机组中的主要工具之一,结构非常复杂。本文通过对旧式连杆打壳机构在实际应用中产生问题的分析及缺陷的设计改进,重点介绍了一种结构相对简单、工作效率高、可将电解槽中缝的氧化铝结壳打碎的新型变幅四连杆打壳结构,经过实践运用,效果良好,是一种极具推广价值的新型结构。     

《细胞生物学》综合实验教学改革

通过对《细胞生物学》综合实验的教学改革,提高生物科学专业学生的科研创新意识。方法:在生物科学专业增设生物技术综合实验课程,以单克隆抗体实验为中心通过综合性、设计性实验培养学生发现问题、思考问题和解决问题的能力,提高了学生对科研的认识。结果:通过教学改革使学生对科研过程有基本的了解,在标书撰写、实验操作、论文写作方面均有提高。实验教学改革提高了学生的动手能力,能培养具有初步科研能力的生物专业人才。     

含咪唑基磺化聚酰亚胺质子交换膜的制备及性能

将1,4,5,8 萘四酸二酐（NTDA）与不同的磺化二胺单体、5 氨基 （2 对氨基苯）苯并咪唑（APABI）及9,9’ 对(4 氨基苯基)芴（BAPF）在间甲酚介质中进行缩聚，通过控制磺化二胺与其他二胺单体的摩尔比，合成了一系列具有不同离子交换容量（IEC）的含咪唑基磺化聚酰亚胺（Im SPI）.同时，用溶液浇注法制得了具有良好机械强度的磺化聚酰亚胺薄膜，这些磺化聚酰亚胺薄膜在较高的相对湿度下显示出与Nafion112相当甚至更高的质子导电率，咪唑基的引入显著提高了膜的抗自由基氧化性，但膜的耐水性没有明显变化.     

朝鲜鹌鹑耳蜗的组织发生

以朝鲜鹌鹑胚胎和幼体的内耳为材料，用组织学方法对内耳的发育过程进行研究。孵化３６ｈ，听基板已形成；孵化７２ｈ，听泡形成；孵化４ｄ，基乳突形成；孵化６ｄ，毛细胞分化出来；孵化１６ｄ，内耳结构基本发育完成；出壳后，其结构继续发育完善。 发育结果显示：螺旋神经节细胞和毛细胞优先发育，附属结构在其后发育。     

第三次免疫应答的研究

利用T细胞的平行分化模型研究了第三次免疫应答的性质，对传统的猜测提出了质疑，有助于疫苗的设计。
